As part of day three of Natalie Sisson's 10 day blog challenge she has asked us to detail out our perfect day. I have thought about how a day of freedom would look like for quite some time! For me, the perfect day would look a little something like this.
Wake up at about 9am and make some fresh brewed coffee. Having the time to sleep in and enjoy a cup of coffee while checking email would feel amazingly free. I would say goodbye to my husband as he went off to work and then I would go for a walk or run at about 10am. After I took a shower, I would begin one to one client calls to help them meet their goals. At 12:00 I would meet a friend or potential client for lunch at a local restaurant. Next I would host a group call to help the students in my eCourse to answer questions and provide guidance.
My daughter gets home from school at about 3:00pm so I would want to have a break to spend time with her and ask her about her day. I would then take her to gymnastics practice or help with homework.
In the evening (5pm) I would have additional coaching calls until 8:00. From 8:00 - 10:00pm I would work on a business related project or spend time chatting with my husband and daughter.
At 10:00pm I would do a quick 5 minute yoga sequence to stretch and then head to sleep to get a great night's rest!
